The ideal candidate will be experienced in Pizza, along with proven organizational skills and the ability to lead the business and people as well. Will ensure all mise en place is completed to satisfaction of set standards. Will ensure each employee will be able to follow established recipe, to exact specification. Maintain and contribute to a positive work environment. Responsible for planning, prepping, set up and provide quality service in all areas of Pizzeria Ariccia. Maintaining a high-quality product and service mindset is critical. Candidate will need to be able to prioritize his/her daily responsibilities to ensure both concepts are running smoothly in terms of mise en place, inventory, and labor.
